Lawrence (Larry) Shaw, CEO and co-founder

Mr. Shaw, a licensed pharmacist, MBA, and serial entrepreneur, purchased HART, a small chain of pharmacies in Seattle, WA in 1974. In 1976 the chain was renamed “HART Health.” In 1978 HART expanded by manufacturing and distributing the high quality over the counter medications which franchisees distribute today. In 1997 he spearheaded HART's launch into the onsite van service model that franchisees operate today. In 1999 he simplified the model by introducing a sophisticated handheld wireless inventory control and invoicing system.

Under his leadership, HART is reinventing again by bringing in a team of sophisticated franchise owners who wish to learn and master the HART Health business model.

Larry lives on a houseboat in Seattle a short distance from Sam's (Tom Hanks) houseboat in the romantic comedy classic Sleepless in Seattle.

Ramesh K. Rao, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Rao has been an independent consultant whose duties include those of our Chief Operating Officer since October 2009. He has been a principal in various commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate development partnerships headquartered in Seattle, Washington since January 2007. From May 1989 to December 2006, he held numerous positions with Blockbuster, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Vice President and General Manager of Movie Brands, Inc., a subsidiary of Blockbuster, Inc. located in Minneapolis, Minnesota; Vice President of Domestic Franchise Operations, Vice President of International Franchise, Vice President of Business and Commercial Development – International and Vice President of Finance – all located in Dallas, Texas.

Ramesh is married with 2 boys. When he isn’t providing strategic and tactical direction to the organization, he can be found tooling around Seattle in his minivan bringing his boys to and from soccer practice.

Christopher G. Antony, Director of Sales

Mr. Antony has been our Director of Sales since April 2006. He has been Director of Sales for NorMed, Inc. since July 2003. From February 1999 to June 2003 he was the President of Frezza Italian Soda, Inc., a specialty soda manufacturer located in Seattle, Washington.

David D. Wagner, National Sales Manager

Mr. Wagner has been our National Sales Manager since April 2006 and he has been National Accounts Manager for NorMed, Inc. since June 2005. From January 2003 to June 2005, he was Pacific Northwest Manager for Xyron, Inc., a graphics equipment and design firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
